Most of our services are available by appointment. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.



Please provide 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied for no-show, and for cancelations or changes made within 24 hours.​
 

In order to fully enjoy your visit with us please arrive at least 5 minutes early. If you arrive late and there are other appointments after yours we might not be able to accomodate your service fully.​
 

For safety and health reasons all retail products are final.​
 

For the safety of your children and the comfort and consideration of all our salon and spa guests, Mimosa does not permit children 12 and under in the salon and spa areas unless they are receiving services. Children 12 and under receiving salon and spa services must be accompanied by an adult who is not receiving services.​
 

In consideration of all of our salon and spa guests, upon entering the salon and spa, please place your cell phones on silent or vibrate.​
 

There is a $30 service charge for returned checks, in addition to any bank fees.​
 

Any reservation for packages must be held with a credit card.
